Once you have contacted me, we will arrange an initial meeting which is the assessment session where we both get to meet each other and discuss your needs and expectations of coming to counselling.
Following this we will agree to meet for 50 minute sessions which will take place at the same time and day each week to suit us both. It is recommended to have weekly sessions to ensure there is some continuity.
I charge £40 for individual day time sessions and £45 for evening times. For couples my fees may be slightly higher. These charges can be negotiated in special circumstances.
Through counselling I will help support you over these hurdles to obtain a better quality of life and peace of mind.
